GRANDMA can lead us out of this mess!

Share I had a great time keynoting the J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College Staff Development Day on Monday. The theme of the day and of my speech is "Change for a Reason, not for a Season."

We had a great time talking about change and how to deal with it. I shared with the crowd the lessons that my Mom taught us when we were growing up, and how the wisdom of our parents and grandparents is what can lead us through our current challenges.
