Strategy for Sanity: Keep Learning!

I spoke on a recent, beautiful Saturday afternoon at the Winter Seminar sponsored by the Booz Allen / Old Town Alexandria Chapters of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).

One of the strategies for sanity that I talked about was to Keep Learning, and here is a brief excerpt from that part of my speech. These women were living that strategy big time, taking a full day from their weekends to learn new skills.
